🎉 It’s been an exciting week in Miss Mattox’s class! 🎉
✨ Six students earned their way to the Hallway of Fame!
🍭 We used lollipops in a fun lesson to learn all about adjectives.
📖 Students have been practicing reading fluency with their friends.
⭐️ And a big congratulations to the three students who scored perfectly on their very first AR test of the year!

This week our 3rd graders explored what makes a great scientist — from curiosity and careful observation to experimenting and asking questions! 🔍🧪
We put our skills to the test with the Kool-Aid Fizz experiment. 🍹✨
When we mixed baking soda, Kool-Aid, and water… let’s just say we had some fizz-tastic reactions! The kids made awesome observations and had a blast seeing science in action. 🚀
