Our East Pointe 4th graders proudly present their Legacy project, “Dinosaur Batik”.
They each created a Batik square of this quilt. Their quilt theme was dinosaurs and they were so excited to see the finished quilt today. It will soon be hanging in our East Pointe Hallway. We will give you an update when we have it hanging.
Our thanks to Kristi Coburn, owner of The Spoiled Chihuahua Embroidery and more, for taking our quilt top and turning it into a finished quilt ready to hang. We would also like to thank Brian Goodwin, owner McCray Cabinets, who is working on making the frame and will install the hanging for us at East Pointe.
