Please note the menu change for Thursday, January 9th for K-6th grades.

Due to the National Weather Service issuing a winter storm warning beginning at 6 a.m. on January 9th, we have made the decision to cancel all Greenwood Public School classes, school activities, and the scheduled school board meeting for the safety of our students, staff, and families.
Please stay safe and warm, and exercise caution if you must travel. We’ll share any updates as needed, so keep an eye on our social media pages.

January is School Board Appreciation Month. We celebrate the dedicated members of our School Board who work to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed. Their leadership, commitment, and vision help shape the future of education, and they play a crucial role in building a strong community. We'd like to take a moment and thank them for their hard work and dedication to improving the quality of learning for all students. 👏

As you may know, Sebastian County is currently under a winter weather advisory, with snow, freezing temperatures, and poor road conditions expected to impact our region Thursday and Friday.
The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our top priority. Due to these conditions, there is a possibility of school closures or delays in the coming days. We are closely monitoring weather reports and will make any necessary decisions with the utmost care and consideration.
School closings, delays, or early dismissal will be communicated through social media pages, local news, and our school status app.
