Mrs. Van Herpen's class held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the classroom library. Mrs. Short was the special guest. They talked about having a love of reading and the importance of books in their lives. They celebrated with milk in a coffee cup and a donut while exploring the new library! 💙💙💙

Our 3rd grade scientists are diving into the fascinating world of clouds! ☁️🌧️ Our students are exploring how these fluffy wonders are formed and what they're made of.In our hands-on activity, "Gas Trap," students are adding hot water to clear cups and watching evaporation happen right before their eyes. As the water vapor rises and meets the cooler sides of the cup, it condenses, helping us visualize how clouds are formed in the sky!Stay tuned for some amazing insights and discoveries as our young scientists get up close and personal with the magic of weather. 🌡️🔬

Mrs. Bailes class received a book off of their Amazon wish list from Sarah Koval, our dear cafeteria lady, and she read the book to our class today. The book was Spaghetti in a Hot Dog bun by: Maria Dismondy. We learned to have the courage to be ourselves. Then, we tried spaghetti in a hot dog bun, it was actually pretty good and we enjoyed our special snack! Thank you Sarah! 💙💙💙#learningsnacksareourfavorite
