 LEGAL NOTICE:  INTENT TO DESTROY SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS

The Greenwood Public Schools, in compliance with the U.S. Department of Education General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) 34CFR. 76.734 will destroy the special education records of students who exited the Special Education program in 2017 and earlier.

 Parents, guardians, or students have the right to obtain a copy of any data in their folder.

Please call the Office of Special Education at 479-996-8884 or come by the Special Education Office at 316 North Daisy Street in Greenwood, AR, before April 15, 2026, to obtain records or receive more information pertaining to this matter.
