The Greenwood School District is proud to announce that we have earned an A Letter Grade for the 2024–2025 school year. Only 23 school districts across the entire state of Arkansas achieved an A, and among those, Greenwood ranked 4th overall based on total scale score. We are also honored to be the only school district in the River Valley to receive an A.
In addition to our letter grade distinction, Greenwood performed exceptionally well in the state’s Reward and Recognition Program. For 2024–2025, our schools earned a combined $308,237.82, ranking Greenwood 5th in Arkansas for total reward funding. Individual school awards include:
· Westwood Elementary – $106,114.26 for Top 5% Performance and Top 6–10% Growth
· East Pointe Elementary – $64,458.90 for Top 6–10% Performance and Growth
· Greenwood Junior High – $84,348.31 for Top 6–10% Performance and Top 5% Growth
· Greenwood High School – $53,316.35 for Top 6–10% Performance
These achievements are a direct reflection of the dedication and hard work demonstrated every day by our students, teachers, administrators, and support staff. Your commitment to success, your focus on learning and growth, and your consistent effort made this level of success possible. The awards earned by our schools—and the district’s A—are a clear testament to the quality of work happening across Greenwood.
