ARBenefits administers the state health insurance plans and offers state group life policies through Minnesota Life insurance.
Health Insurance:
There are 3 plan options for health insurance: Premium, Classic, and Basic. Below are links to the Summary Plan descriptions for each plan to provide you with additional information. Rate sheets are also included. ARBenefits offers a $75 discount to individuals who meet certain wellness requirements each year.
Colonial Life:
Colonial Life offers several policy options for employees which include a $10,000 Basic Life policy, up to $40,000 Expanded Basic Life policy, and up to $250,000 Supplemental Life policy. An employee may also choose up to $50,000 in coverage for a spouse and each child. Please click on the link below for pricing and to learn more about these policies.
